Women have always been the keepers of stories.
Stories passed around fires, over kitchen tables, stitched into blankets, and rocked into babies. I gather mine here in that same spirit, as a maker of things, an asker of questions, and a practitioner of yoga and svādhyāya. I write about all of it: the mothering, the making, the practice, and the quiet work of tending the sacred, the ordinary, & the wild within.
What I write about
Yoga
Practice, study, and beginning again.
Motherhood
The sacred and the ordinary, side by side.
Feminine energy & social justice
Questions worth asking out loud.
Accessibility
Practice that welcomes every body.

Hi, I’m Raechelle.
I am a maker of things, perpetually curious, and a practitioner of yoga and svādhyāya. I teach yoga, volunteer as a doula, and parent young adults and a teenager. I love the outdoors, adventures, and cooking.
